Here is a starting point for connecting a Skywalker PKF-1KG coffee roaster to HiBean via Bluetooth.

3. USB-C Splitter

4. USB-C Power Supply / Charger

A standard USB-C power supply is needed to power the setup.

Firmware Setup
5. Download the "Bear" Firmware
Download the Bear firmware for the ESP32 from GitHub.
At the time of this post, the current version is 2.6.

6. Install the Firmware
Flash/install the downloaded Bear firmware onto the ESP32-S3-DEVKITC-1.
Once the firmware has been successfully installed, the ESP32 can act as the Bluetooth interface between the Skywalker roaster and HiBean.

HiBean Setup
7. Download and Install HiBean
Download and install the HiBean application on your device.
HiBean:

After installation, configure HiBean to connect to the ESP32 Bluetooth interface.
